I am a full time Licensed Massage Therapist, a certified
La Stone Massage Therapist, a Reiki Healing Level II Practitioner, and an Integrated Energy Master Level Instructor.

In 1995, after studying Reiki healing, my mind and heart were opened and I wanted to extend this wonderful loving light I felt as I channeled this energy to all God’s people.

It was with the purest sincerity and love that I was called to this field of body work in hopes of helping relieve your stress and facilitate in your body’s natural healing process.

During my course of study, I volunteered body work and massage therapy to those in hospice care that chose their homes as their final place of comfort.  Not only was this a tremendous growth experience, but I became acutely aware of how precious our lives are and how often we take our bodies for granted.

I have completed many classes in spiritual development.  I  enhance your personalized therapy with sound, visualization, the use of crystals, and pure essential oils and sprays.  My goal is to channel love and light to my clients to help facilitate in your body’s natural healing process.

Since my first class in European Hot Stone I have fallen in love with the Art of Stone work. In 2003 I was certified in LaStone® therapy. I incorporate stones in all of my body work. I have partnered with the healing vibrations of crystals in my energy work. I have completed several workshops in this area. I also love to use sound to aid in this work. I also use essential oils to aid in the body's internal healing.

I have been studying the therapeutic benefits of 100% pure therapeutic grade oils from Young Living. I have completed a 25 hour workshop from C.A.R.E; Center of Aromatherapy for Research and Education, and continue my thirst for knowledge of these gifts that in the Bible were revered as “more precious than gold”. There are workshops, tradeshows and gatherings of the wonderful Young Living Oils community that are dedicated to finding Holistic ways to improve health and well being for themselves and their families.

It has been a life changing experience for me. I have personally enjoyed the benefits that these amazing oils have to offer. My physical body, emotional body, and spirit have been lifted to a higher state of being because of wearing them, receiving Raindrop treatments and using them internally. I love working with these oils that have an energy frequency all their own.

I have enrolled in a Bachelor program with the American Institute of Holistic Theology. I will be completing this program in Holistic Health and will register as an ordained minister upon completion. It is my desire to facilitate and empower others in their healing of self, physically, emotionally, as well as spiritually.

Teaching has helped me find my voice, and allowing me to embrace my creative expression. I have so much to share. I am looking forward to creating workshops and classes as I progress on my own journey in the study of holistic health.
